Terms & Conditions

All charges incurred are billed to the client’s credit card unless invoice arrangements have been made and approved in advance. Orlando Majestic Rides accepts payment in all major credit cards and/or cash. Payment may be collected in advance or on the day of service. The customer hereby authorizes us to collect payment for all relevant cases, situations, fees, damages, etc. that are covered in the following Terms and Conditions.

1.1 Point-to-Point Transfers

Our company provides point-to-point transfers and offers their respective rates for local and regional pick-ups and drop-offs.

Transfer rates are a function of, but not limited to: trip duration, distance, zone locations, wait time, and additional stops.

1.2 Airport Transfers

Orlando Majestic Rides services nearly all major regional airports and offers a flat rate for most airport pick-ups and drop-offs.

1.3 Cancelations

At Orlando Majestic Rides, we understand that cancelations are sometimes necessary and unavoidable. We accept cancelations without charge no fewer than 48 hours before the scheduled pick-up time.

1.6 No-Shows

Failure to notify our company of your not using our service within the above-mentioned timeframe will result in a fee of $45

2. PICK-UP, ADDITIONAL STOPS, DROP-OFF AND WAIT TIME

A “pick-up” is the point of origin and beginning of service for a given trip.

An “additional stop” is any and all stop(s) made along the way to the final destination or “drop-off”

A “drop-off” is the final destination and the end of service for a given trip.

2.1 Point-to-Point service

Pick-up at residential and office locations comes with 20 minutes of complimentary wait time. After the expiration of said amount, wait time is billed at $20.

2.2 Airport service

Pick-up at an airport comes with complimentary wait time as follows: domestic arrivals – 30 minutes; international arrivals – 60 minutes. After the expiration of said amount, wait time is billed at $20. Pick-up time should be set to time of landing.

2.3 Additional stops

Any and all stops made between the pick-up and drop-off locations are billed as follows:

  • Base fee per stop is $15

Additional stops come with a maximum complimentary wait time of 10 minutes.

3. BOOKING MODIFICATION, CANCELATION AND NO-SHOW

We do everything in our power to accommodate customers’ requests and we do so with pleasure. However, we reserve the right to decline any and all requests to modify a booking after it has been accepted and confirmed by the company and decline service. We also reserve the right to decline waiving of fees and damages rightfully owed to us, as described in these terms and conditions.

3.1 Declining Service

We reserve the right to decline service at all times. Should a customer have already paid for a service that has been declined and not rendered by the company, they are entitled to a full refund, unless the company is entitled to compensation under one of the clauses in these Terms and Conditions.

3.2 Rescheduling of service

Rescheduling for a different date and time up to 48 hours before the scheduled pick-up time is free of charge.

3.3 Modification of service

Modification or rescheduling of a booking within one hour of the scheduled pick-up time will result in a $45 late fee to cover administration and driver expenses.

3.5 No-Shows

A “no-show” is when a customer or passenger fails to be at the designated time and place for pick-up and fails to notify the company that they will not be using the service. This will result in a $45 no-show fee to cover administration and driver expenses. This clause also applies to cases where the customer or passenger has booked with multiple car services, including ours, and has neglected to cancel with us, or opts to use another car service and cancels ours within 48 hours of scheduled pick-up time.

4. VEHICLE, PASSENGER AND LUGGAGE CAPACITY

4.1 Vehicle capacity

Vehicle capacity is mandated as follows:

4.1.1 Premium Sedan

Seats 1 to 3 passengers

Fits 2 pieces of checked and 1 piece of carry-on luggage* 

4.1.2 Mid-size SUV

Seats 1 to 4 passengers

Fits 3 pieces of checked and 1 piece of carry-on luggage*

4.1.3 Full-size SUV

Seats 1 to 7 passengers**

Fits 6 pieces of checked luggage***

5. OVERAGES, WAIT TIME AND PAYMENT COLLECTION

The customer authorizes us to bill any of these above referenced to the credit card on file and the customer agrees to pay all such charges. We will notify you in writing or via phone of any such additional charges as soon as practicable. You hereby explicitly agree that all communication in relation to amounts owed will be made by electronic mail or by phone, as provided to us, and/or Payments by you. Such communication may be made by us or by anyone on our behalf, including but not limited to a third-party collection agent.

6. DAMAGES

Damaging property is never allowed. Some examples include intentionally spilling food or drink; smoking in a car, or vomiting. If you damage property, you’re responsible for the cost of cleaning and repair fees, outside of normal wear and tear. If proof of damage or cleaning is provided, you will be responsible for 100% of the amount due.

We reserve the right to retroactively apply charges for any and all damages or potential damages that may be incurred by any and all passenger behavior during the course of a ride. This includes but is not limited to dangerous or unlawful behavior, making a mess, not obeying or resisting the orders of a chauffeur or law enforcement, etc. Charges will be billed up to the full extent of the damages.

7. CLEANING

During the entire course of the trip, our customers are obligated to adhere to the cleanliness and hygiene standards of the company. 

 An additional fee of $100 will be charged for any cleaning services beyond what is usual and customary. This includes but is not limited to: excessive pet hair, animal and human stains, animal and human bodily fluids, food and beverage stains or remains, excessive wrapping, packaging and other waste products, etc.

 You shall be responsible for replacement costs of any items that cannot be satisfactorily cleaned or repaired. If you feel that there has been a mistake (e.g. there was no mess to clean), then feel free to submit a reply to our email with your justification and photo/video proof, and our compliance team will review the case in detail and reply back with the outcome of the review. This process takes 5-7 business days.

8. LOST ITEMS

Neither Orlando Majestic Rides nor our drivers and employees, will be responsible or liable for any damages or losses incurred to the customer, rider or general public because of items lost, misplaced, stolen or otherwise during the course of doing business with our company.

 The customer, rider or general public will be entirely responsible and liable for the damages or losses incurred because of items lost, misplaced, stolen or otherwise.

 We will do everything in our power to find your lost item and return it to you. If the item is found, the return will happen in one of two ways:

8.1 Returns

8.1.1 Option 1

The driver will drive back to a mutually agreed upon location and return the item. Upon the return of the item, the customer or rider will pay the company a rate based on the distance traveled at $2 per mile and also compensate the driver for their time at $20 per hour.

8.1.2 Option 2

The driver will transport the item to a shipping or postal office that is agreed upon in advance and hand over the item to their respective personnel for further processing. The customer will pay the company for the entirety of the shipping cost and a flat fee of $40 for the driver’s time and gas expenses. We will not be responsible or liable for anything once the item has been handed over for shipping.

9. CHILDREN’S VEHICLE SAFETY SEATS

Orlando Majestic Rides provides children’s car seats at an additional cost, billed per trip and per seat.

Under Florida law, children under the age and weight limitations provided for in said law are obligated to ride with car seats in commercial vehicles. Children under the age of 9 years old must be in car seats when riding in our vehicles. Failure to comply with this law will result in termination of service without reimbursement.

 Our customers are free to provide their own car seats at no additional cost.

10. PASSENGER BEHAVIOR

Passengers will behave in accordance with all relevant and applicable laws. Failure to obey the law or failure to behave responsibly, reasonably and ethically will result in termination of service.

 Orlando Majestic Rides reserves the right to decline or terminate service at any and all times, without prior notice and immediately.

11. DRUGS, ALCOHOL AND ILLICIT SUBSTANCE ABUSE

11.1 Drivers

Drivers, by law, cannot drive while intoxicated. The law prohibits driving while under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any other substance that impair your ability to safely operate a vehicle. If you ever encounter a driver who is intoxicated, you have the right to decline the trip for your own safety and notify the company and law enforcement immediately. You are also entitled a full refund in this case.

11.2 Riders

If a rider or customer is suspected to be intoxicated in any measure or form, the driver of an SUV or Sedan vehicle will terminate the trip immediately without reimbursement being owed. 

The company reserves the right to decline service at all time.
