Pickup & Destinations

Your driver will contact you when you land. Just follow signs to your airline’s baggage claim even if you did not check luggage. Please do advise us if you did NOT check luggage. We use MCO’s Express Pickup located on level one INSIDE the terminal NOT OUTSIDE where bus and hotel shuttle buses are seen. Take the elevator (not the escalator) closest to your luggage carousel down to level one, the Express pickup doors are straight ahead when the elevator doors open. Your driver will be either standing there or driving up to the door. It seems really hard to grasp that pickups are done within the terminal, our vehicles go through a security check prior to every pickup.

If you need to be picked up at MCO after 12:00am and before 8:00am, you will need to go to ground transportation where you see the bus and shuttle buses, just inform your driver that you are outside and tell him the number where you are, your driver will pull up within 3 minutes.

If you need to be picked up at MCO after midnight and before 8:00 AM, you will need to go to the ground transportation area where buses and shuttles are located. Please inform your driver that you are outside and provide your location number. Your driver will arrive within 3 minutes.

Reservations & Payments

We require a credit card on file in case you cancel within 24 hours of your booked ride. Your credit card will not be charged unless you cancel for any reason other than a flight cancellation. In such cases, you will only be charged $25 if the cancellation occurs within 24 hours of the booking.

We will make every effort to accommodate rescheduling your transportation needs in case your flight gets canceled or delayed.

Orlando Majestic Rides can only accept ride requests within 60 days of the scheduled ride.

We accept cash, Venmo, Cash App, Zelle, and all major credit cards.

Yes, an after-hours surcharge of $25 applies between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM.
